What is your deposit and cancellation policy?

You may cancel up to 3 hours before your appointment without being charged a cancellation fee.

Note: By providing your credit card information at the time of booking, you agree to accept a full charge of the service booked (feel free to refer back to our 'services' tab if necessary) if you cancel after the 3 hour mark, if you downgrade the service or if you don't show up. 

If I arrive late, do I lose my appointment?

If you are more than 10 minutes late, we have the right to shorten or fill up your appointment with another client. Because our shop is mostly appointment based, you'll almost always have an appointment scheduled right after yours (we absolutely luv and respect our nail techs' time + pride ourselves in providing the best self-luv experience over at Luv Nail Shop, which is why we encourage all of our clients to be on time).

Note: If you are running late, please call the shop so we can accommodate your services and provide you with further options if needed.

If you are more than 10 minutes late and we need to modify or cancel your appointment, you will be charged full price of the service you booked your appointment for.

What if my nails chip?

If your Gorgeous mani chips within 2 days or your Confident mani chips within 5 days, simply contact the shop and we will re-do any chips, free of charge!

How do you clean your products?

At Luv, we hold ourselves to the highest standards possible so for any metal tools, we use an autoclave (the exact same one your dentist uses) to sterilize our tools. As for our non-metal tools -- nail files, buffers and wooden sticks, we use a personal/unused set for every client (you are more than welcome to take yours home if you'd like, they're yours to keep).

Is Luv Nail Shop pet friendly?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the shop.

Note: Service dogs with official “Service Animal” vests and proper documentation are an exception. 

cAN i BRING MY BABY TO THE SALON?

We encourage all moms to come to the salon by themselves to truly experience the self-luv experience we have prepared for you.

What should I expect during my visit?

We ask upon arrival to turn your phone to vibrate or "do not disturb" and maintain a low volume in efforts to maintain our spa-like environment. Remember, this is your time to relax, be present, and enjoy "me time".

Expect to be fully relaxed and fully pampered during your mani & pedi. We encourage you to bring a good read, your laptop to catch up on work/emails or simply just sit back and enjoy your self-luv day, you deserve it!
